Attracting over 93,000 visitors last year, the annual Holiday Light Tour is a major fundraiser for both the Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation and the Saskatoon Zoo Foundation. The Foundations are proud to feature BHP as our title sponsor. Together we invite your business to sponsor your own Enchanted Forest light display.

Here’s a Bright Idea! Sponsor a Light Display at the BHP Enchanted Forest. A limited number of displays may be available. Place you company logo on a one-of-a-kind light display while they last. Enjoy great public relations over the Christmas Holiday Season. Book your display now!

The Sponsorship Investment & Term
Light Display sponsorships range from $1,650 to $5,500 per year. Sponsors may select a one-year or three-year term. Longer term sponsorships guarantee the same light display at the same investment every year. Sponsorship fees are payable by mid November.

Choose From 3 Sponsorship Levels:
Level 1 “Santa’s Helper”
– A series of non-animated light displays starting at $1,650 per year
Level 2 “Holiday Delight”
– A collection of themed light displays with animation or clusters of brightly lit LED trees starting at $3,300 per year
Level 3 “Christmas Creation”
– Custom computer-animated large scale light displays including a limited number of giant evergreens starting at $5,500 per year

Sponsor Benefits Package
1/ An exclusive sponsorship of one Holiday light display with your business name and logo featured on an illuminated sign viewed by more than 75,000 potential customers.

2/ Complimentary Passes to the Exclusive Sponsors/Media Preview Night where you are the first to view the light displays.

3/ Complimentary Enchanted Car Passes (value $35 each) for business promotions and gifting
Level 1 – 10 Enchanted Car Passes
Level 2 – 25 Enchanted Car Passes
Level 3 – 50 Enchanted Car Passes

4/ Business name and a link to your website will appear on www.enchanted-forest.org

5/ An Invitation to attend an exclusive Complimentary Sponsor Appreciation Event

6/ Positive public relations from current and potential customers from Saskatoon and throughout Saskatchewan at “the most wonderful time of the year”.
